Jessica Luciano is a communications and operations consultant dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations amplify their impact through strategic storytelling and efficient systems. She founded Organik Ops to empower creatives, artists, and entrepreneurs to live a more balanced life, enabling them to share their gifts with the world and focus their energy on their passion projects.
Her career began in the nonprofit sector, where she gained experience in development operations, grant management, and marketing. She later transitioned into international education, honing her ability to present complex ideas in clear, engaging ways. To create more balance as an educator, she designed lesson management systems, which led her to streamlining workflows and creating communication strategies for mission-minded entrepreneurs.
Aside from helping businesses and creatives work smarter and not harder, Jessica is an avid salsa dancer, language learner, traveler, live jazz music lover, museum goer, and overall arts enthusiast. She recently moved back to the New York metro area after living in Spain and the Canary Islands for the past seven years.
